TRAVY HK DAY 1!

I was so excited for my teeny tiny baby brother to come visit! He came for a week just before I left for Vietnam! We had some sick adventures, so here's day 1!

We got some crystal jade and some ice cream while we readied our itinerary..

We headed to Mong Kok, Trav's new 'hood, to drop his bags and let him see the area. We got some bubble tea and saw some street performances but poor Travy was jet laggin' hardxcore.
Next day we head over to Lamma to check out the Big Buddha (the world's largest, seated, bronze Buddha). We rented a glass bottom cable car and had some spectacular views of the city, river, and forest below.

Once we got to the top there was a silly little village where we picked up our signature pose for the trip!


Near the bathroom was a side door that we wandered through and found a tiny little village.

We got a little lost...We're we heading for the Buddha or Big Ben? Great Wall? It's that way.





We got some ice cream and headed down to Po Lin Monastery.

And then we found a wild cow. Soon after chased off by wild dogs.

We headed back for some yummy Korean BBQ where Trav had his first octopus.
